•  Now if students have NID card, then put students name

• But if students has no NID card, then put parents name

• Select your nearest teletalk care number for collect sim

• Now fill up all blanks with right information and submit & you will get a tracking number. Save & print it.

During SIM collection students need -

• Form fillup copy

• College/University ID card

• SSC exam certificate/mark sheet/admit card photo copy

• SIM applier 2 copy PP photo

• SIM applier NID photo copy

• User fill up form
